Your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. If it has not arrived, look it up here — you should never have to ask us for it.
No order number to hand? Email cs@pakshilajit.com with the address you ordered with and we will find it.
What the statuses mean
| Status | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Processing | Paid, and queued to be packed. Usually a day or less. |
| Dispatched | It has left us and the courier has it. Your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of this point. |
| In transit | Moving. International shipments can sit still for several days in customs without anything being wrong. |
| Delivered | The courier has marked it delivered. If it is not with you, tell us straight away and we will chase it. |
