Who we are

We also trade as PakShilajit Ltd, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, UK. Depending on where you order from, your purchase and its payment may be handled by either company; both are the same family business, both are bound by this policy, and the company you bought from is named on your receipt. Registered in England and Wales, company number 13640312.
What we collect
- When you order: name, email, delivery address, phone number and what you bought. We need all of it to send you a parcel.
- When you pay: nothing. Card details go directly to our payment provider and never touch our servers. We see the last four digits and whether it worked.
- When you subscribe to emails: your email address, and whether you opened them.
- When you browse: standard analytics — pages viewed, roughly where you are, what device. Aggregated, not tied to your name.
- When you write to us: the message and your email address, kept so the next person to reply has the context.
Why we collect it
To take your order, ship it, answer your questions, handle refunds, meet our accounting obligations, and — if you asked us to — send you email. That is the complete list.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that have to, in order for the order to happen: our payment processor, the courier carrying your parcel, our email provider if you subscribed, and our website host. Each sees the minimum required and nothing else.
Some of them are outside your country, because we ship worldwide and the internet is arranged that way.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require, which is several years. Email subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Support conversations for two years, because people come back about an order they placed a long time ago.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we would honour them either way.
Email cs@pakshilajit.com and we will deal with it within a month, usually much sooner. We may need to keep order records we are legally required to hold, and if so we will tell you which and why.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to count visits. You can block them in your browser; the cart will stop working if you do, which is a limitation of how carts work rather than a punishment.
