Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duty and local taxes, which your own country may charge on delivery.
An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfil it — a batch sells out, an address turns out to be undeliverable — we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substituting something.
If a price is obviously wrong because of an error on our side, we will contact you before charging you rather than quietly cancelling.
Subscriptions
Subscribing takes 20% off every recurring order. The default interval is 30 days and you can change it to 30, 60 or 90 days.
You can skip, pause, change the interval or cancel from your account at any time, in two clicks, without emailing anyone. Cancelling stops all future charges. An order already dispatched is covered by the refund policy instead.
We will email you before each recurring charge so it is never a surprise.
