Zero fillers. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Nature made this over centuries, and our only job is to keep it that way between the mountain and your jar — no heat, no chemicals, no shortcuts.
Your body is built to take minerals from natural sources, not synthetic ones. That's the whole reason we do it the slow way. Your health matters to us more than our production speed does.

Real resin, in a gummy
The first sun-dried capsules
Every jar, bottle and pouch here starts the same way: our harvesters climb ropes at 17,000–18,000 ft and scrape rare Golden-Red shilajit off the rock by hand. They carry it down the mountain, we purify it in Abbottabad, Pakistan where the air is clean, and then we dry it slowly under the open sun.
What changes is the format. Resin is the purest form and the one traditionalists choose. Drops solve the spoon problem. Capsules solve the taste problem. Gummies solve the "I'll forget" problem. Same mountain, same process, different daily ritual.
Lab-created shilajit passes lab tests perfectly — it was built to the spec. Synthetic fulvic acid can be bought by the kilo and spiked into any paste. Demand evidence first. The lab report confirms it; it doesn't replace it.
Where the rock face is, who climbed it, when. Not a stock photo of a mountain.

The actual raw shilajit before anything is done to it. Most brands have never seen theirs.

Triphala, ultra UV and nano filtration over about seven days — shown, not claimed.

The drying beds themselves, with dates on them. This is the step nobody can fake quickly.

Traditional use, stated plainly. We describe what the material is and what it supports — not what it will do to you on a timetable.
Supports your body's own energy production at the cellular level — steady, natural energy through the whole day, without caffeine and without the crash that follows it.
Supports physical stamina and staying power, whether that is a long shift on your feet, a mountain trail, or a training block that asks a little more of you each week.
Supports concentration and clear thinking through demanding days — the mental steadiness people reach for when work, study or family asks for their full attention.
Supports endurance through training and the recovery that follows it, so the material fits as naturally into a gym routine as it does into an ordinary working week.
A natural source of fulvic acid and more than eighty trace minerals, in the form and the proportions the mountain put there — nothing added and nothing taken away.
Supports the body's natural response to everyday stress — the traditional reason mountain communities have taken a small daily serving for generations.
Supports normal immune function as part of a balanced diet and a sensible routine — a quiet, year-round foundation you keep, not something reached for in one season.
Traditionally taken by women and men alike, at the same small serving — our guide to shilajit for women covers what to expect and how to begin.

Most shilajit on the market is dried fast, over open fire or in industrial ovens, because hours are cheaper than weeks. It scales beautifully. And almost nobody prints it on the label.
Nothing here is farmed or bought in bulk. In season, our harvesters climb ropes at 17,000–18,000 ft and scrape raw shilajit off the rock by hand, the way their fathers did. What they carry down is what we sell. If the mountain gives less that year, we sell less.
Raw Himalayan shilajit comes in grades. Most sellers never say which grade they bought. Gold grade is the top: dense, resin-rich stone with a rare golden-red shine. We take only that. The rest goes back down the mountain.
Most shilajit is dried fast, over fire or in an oven. Heat is quick and cheap, and the label never tells you. But heat damages the good compounds people take shilajit for. So we dry ours in glass beds under the open sun for 45–70 days, turned by hand. Slow, and hard for us. But nothing gets cooked out of your jar.
Every stage of the four checks, in a single piece of footage rather than four convenient stills. Nothing here is stock and nothing is a re-enactment.

Shilajit is a resin that seeps out of rock at high altitude, formed over centuries as plant matter compresses between the layers. Ours is scraped off Himalayan and Karakoram faces at 17,000–18,000 ft. It is a natural source of fulvic acid and trace minerals — nothing is added to it, and nothing is extracted from it.
Ask for four things: evidence of harvesting, evidence of the raw material, evidence of filtration, and evidence of drying. A lab report on its own answers none of them, because lab-created shilajit passes lab tests by design. Real resin also stiffens in the cold and softens in your hand. The full guide walks through each test.
300mg — a rice-grain to pea-sized portion of resin once daily, dissolved in warm water or milk. Drops: four drops. Capsules: one a day. Gummies: one a day. Consistency matters more than quantity.
Much of the category will tell you to take a gram. Serving size is a function of purity: ours is 300mg because the jar holds gold-grade resin and nothing else. If a product needs a gram, it is worth asking what is in the other 700mg.
Most people take it in the morning, on an empty stomach or with breakfast, because that is the easiest habit to keep. Some prefer the evening. There is no wrong time — pick the one you will actually remember, and stay with it.
Shilajit is a food-grade mineral resin, and ours contains nothing but shilajit. As with any supplement, start at the stated serving rather than more. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before starting — that is a conversation for them, not for a website.
No, and it is a good sign. Real resin stiffens in cold rooms and softens in warm ones. Stand the sealed jar in warm water for a few minutes, or run the spatula under hot water before scooping. Resin that stays soft at any temperature has usually been cut with something.
